- Overseas Payments: Payments made from overseas may take 4-6 weeks to be confirmed if sent via swift transfer.
- Payment Discrepancies: In case of any payment discrepancies, we will notify you. Please ensure that Ireland Education Office receives the required fee. Any bank charges or overseas conversion rates are the responsibility of the payer. Ireland Education Office will acknowledge payments once they are cleared and credited to its bank account.
- Foreign Currency Payments: If you are paying an equivalent amount in foreign currency, kindly contact Ireland Education Office for the exchange rates applied.

Terms and Conditions
- Always mention your full name and purpose of payment during payment.
- Email a copy of receipt when paid any fee to IEO account with your full name so that we can match your payment. Email can be sent to info@educationireland.net.
- Payment from overseas may take up to 4–6 weeks to be confirmed if sent via SWIFT transfer.
- Payments received less will be notified to you. It is your responsibility that IEO receives the required fee. Any bank charges or overseas conversion rates are the responsibility of the paying person. IEO will only acknowledge payment cleared and credited in its bank account.
- If paying equivalent to foreign currency, please contact IEO for exchange rates applied.
- In case you want to pay in foreign currency or for any billings, payments, and receipts, contact IEO at info@educationireland.net beforehand.
- The counseling fee paid is non-refundable, whether or not an offer letter is received from the university.

Welcome to the International Education Office (IEO) Refund Request process.
If you are seeking a refund from an international institution and your case has been processed through our office, please follow the guidelines below to initiate the refund request. It is important to note that the refund process involves collaboration with overseas universities and colleges, and the responsibility for disbursing the refund lies with the respective institution.
Refund Request Guidelines:
- IEO Records Only: This refund request is specifically designed for IEO records. Ensure that your case has been processed through the International Education Office before proceeding with the refund request.
- Overseas University / College Responsibility: It is crucial to understand that the responsibility for sending the refund to the nominated account of the student rests entirely with the overseas university or college. IEO holds no liability for the disbursement of funds by the overseas institution.
- Submitting the Refund Request:
- Complete the IEO Refund Request Form
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to facilitate the processing of your refund.
- Complete Local refund form for fee paid to IEO and International refund form for fee paid to Irish Institutions. Link them to relavent forms
- Verification Process:
- Our team will verify the details provided in the refund request against our records.
- Ensure that all necessary supporting documents are attached to expedite the verification process.
- Communication with Overseas Institution:
- Upon successful verification, IEO will communicate with the overseas university or college on your behalf.
- We will formally request the refund, providing them with the necessary documentation and details.
- Overseas University / College Decision:
- The decision to process and disburse the refund is at the discretion of the overseas university or college.
- IEO will actively follow up with the institution to ensure timely processing.
- Communication Updates:
- Receive regular updates on the progress of your refund request.
- In case of any unforeseen delays, IEO will liaise with the overseas institution to expedite the process.
Important Note: Please be aware that the success of the refund request is contingent upon the policies and procedures of the overseas institution. IEO will make every effort to facilitate the process, but ultimate control over the disbursement of funds lies with the international university or college.
If you are making a tuition fee payment through a third-party source such as a money exchange or remittance service, please ensure that the exchanger provides a clear refund policy. In the event of a visa refusal, most institutions will only refund the tuition fee to the original account from which the payment was received. IEO will not be responsible for any delays, issues, or inability to process refunds due to payments made via third-party channels without appropriate refund mechanisms in place.
