  2. Overseas University / College Responsibility: It is crucial to understand that the responsibility for sending the refund to the nominated account of the student rests entirely with the overseas university or college. IEO holds no liability for the disbursement of funds by the overseas institution.
  3. Submitting the Refund Request:
    • Complete the IEO Refund Request Form
    • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to facilitate the processing of your refund.
    • Complete Local refund form for fee paid to IEO and International refund form for fee paid to Irish Institutions. Link them to relavent forms
  4. Verification Process:
    • Our team will verify the details provided in the refund request against our records.
    • Ensure that all necessary supporting documents are attached to expedite the verification process.
  5. Communication with Overseas Institution:
    • Upon successful verification, IEO will communicate with the overseas university or college on your behalf.
    • We will formally request the refund, providing them with the necessary documentation and details.
  6. Overseas University / College Decision:
    • The decision to process and disburse the refund is at the discretion of the overseas university or college.
    • IEO will actively follow up with the institution to ensure timely processing.
  7. Communication Updates:
    • Receive regular updates on the progress of your refund request.
    • In case of any unforeseen delays, IEO will liaise with the overseas institution to expedite the process.
