About the Role: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to increase revenue and market presence
  • Build partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, and corporate clients
  • Identify new market opportunities for English language programs and international examinations
  • Lead outreach initiatives, presentations, and institutional meetings
  • Drive student enrolment targets and institutional test registrations
  • Strengthen ICD’s brand positioning in the education and testing sector
  • Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to launch new programs successfully

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or institutional partnerships (education sector preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with result-oriented mindset
