Refund Policy
- If the student buys a policy directly through the Study & Protect website, the insurance company will issue a refund in the event of visa refusal.
- No refund will be issued for policies purchased via IEO/SCS in the event of visa refusal, due to currency conversion fluctuations and domestic administrative factors.

- Policy Price: PKR 30,000
Terms & Conditions
- The student must submit a completed SCS Refund Form.
- The insurance company will issue a cheque to the student for the refund amount (PKR 14,000).
- Refund requests are subject to verification and processing by United Health Insurance.
- The refund will only be issued in cases of visa refusal.
- The refund will not be issued in case of visa decision delay or if the student withdraws the visa application.
- Refunds will be processed within 4 to 6 weeks.
